Reinforced Soil Wall Method "Tensor FW Method"
Introducing the "Tensor FW Method" from the tensor-reinforced earth wall construction methods that boast exceptional connection strength!
The "Tensor FW (Flexible Wall) Method" is a reinforced soil wall construction method that uses a geogrid tensor with strong junctions formed by integral molding as a reinforcement material, which is firmly connected to a FW frame (a welded wire mesh forming material) to stabilize the embankment. It is lightweight and easy to work with, and it allows for height adjustments at the top. The structure is designed to accommodate settlement due to embankment consolidation and freezing/thawing. Additionally, the frame material can be freely cut on-site using tools like clippers, allowing it to adapt to corners, curves, and longitudinal slopes. 【Features】 ■ Simple connection between the formwork and tensor with excellent connection strength ■ Structure that accommodates settlement due to embankment consolidation ■ Accommodates freezing and thawing ■ Lightweight and easy to work with ■ Height adjustment at the top is possible *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
